She gave away a box of free paper clips....

 Imagine this scene.

A young lady in Kadoka starts a business.

She says, Yeah, I'd like it to be a Social Business, all across the world.

She thinks, OK, I'll be the boss and earn $120,00 a year.  No bonus, no dividends, no money when she sells the company, because the company is permanent.

Twenty years later...

While she started gathering customers by giving them a free box of paper clips with each order, she now has 500 employees across the world...

In South Dakota, Utah, Japan, Philippines and Sweden.

The employees all make between $50 000 and $100 000 a year.  Jobs have increased every year, wages went up every year.

It doesn't matter what she is selling.

Let's say her Company sells online classes, software apps, office supplies, photos, and a campus in Hawaii where employees can learn new things!

It grew that fast because she turned the profit back into the Company.  (She wasn't collecting cars and yachts and houses).

She was dedicated to her employees.

The 7th step of building a Social Business is to do it with joy!  Every day was a success.  Every day, employees felt like:  "I am a success, every moment!"  And so it grew, and everyone made more money and bonuses and still they only worked 35 hours a week.

It started it South Dakota, too!

This is a story.

But it can be Your Story.

Believe in yourself and your dreams!
