This great idea is from Arnold.

What does it mean?  How can I do this?

Do we really think, It's OK for some people to fail?  After all, only a few can succeed.

Is that really true?

What is success?

We can't measure it in dollars.  Success  is multifaceted.  

Success is how you feel  about yourself.

If 100 people go to the factory, and they all earn a paycheck, can't we consider them all successes?

We recreate the world by how we think and talk.

Arnold is simply introducing a new idea to us.  While he has singularly driven himself to become a body building champion, movie star, California Governor, and now an ardent environmentalist, he is putting out a BIG IDEA for us to look at and accept.

Life can actually be a success for all 8 billion of us.  So since success is good for all humans, failing that is not an option.  Success is our only option.

If the earth's environment gets trashed with rising temperatures and more sea level rise and more extreme weather, and all the world's billionaires move to New Zealand, does that really solve the climate problem?   No, not even for the billionaires.

We can't fail.

All the men, women and children depend on us.  We have to deliver a better world to them.  A world with no racism and discrimination and police brutality, a job for everyone, no one lives in poverty, and a planet that does recover from the temperature rise.  It will take time to do it.

But the big idea is Everyone must succeed.

Everyone.

Capitalism can be changed, both by social businesses who provide many great jobs and by laws.   

In the old days, many people worked for 364 days a year and only got Christmas Day off work   (Before 1910).

Now, most of think a civilized job would be 35 to 40 hours a week at great pay.

We can be great leaders by thinking "Everyone must succeed."

We can think this way EVERY DAY.

Oh yes, we will encounter people who will think this is wrong.  They think certain groups of people must fail.  They think old discredited thoughts.

It is time for this fresh new idea to sweep the world.  Everyone can succeed.  Love and understanding can be the new norm.  

Economically, this is possible.  Socially, this is possible, as we keep affirming everyone is equal and our laws move that way, too.

Give this great gift!

Think of yourself as a success, no matter what you are attempting,  Think of everyone you see as a success, as they are trying to live their lives in a good way.

When you make a decision, personally or politically, ask yourself this golden idea before you choose.

Feel it is true in your heart.

And then we let it happen in the world!

It can be done!
