What would you do with $850,000 ?

 Our Governor Noem just spend $850,000 to advertise on Fox network, an ad showing what South Dakota looks like and touting her leadership.

If you were GOVERNOR, would you waste $850,000 on that?

Everyone knows the Black Hills and Mt. Rushmore are here. Everyone knows Noem and her "no mask" leadership style with Coronavirus.

But Seriously?

How long does it take you to earn $850,000? (Before paying taxes).  If you make $50,000 a year, that's 17 years times 2,000 hours?

A wise spend ?

Hardly.

Now is your chance to help stop this waste.

Elect Libertarians to the South Dakota Senate in November 2020.  We will go to Pierre and look into the Department of Tourism budget, and see how much money wasted on dubious advertising can be eliminated.

Maybe the Department of Tourism could use a smaller budget and do a better job?  Should we spend untold millions or billions on advertising our state?  Or should we make sure that WE THE PEOPLE are getting better economic benefits from our State spending?

I believe if you had a budget of $850, 000 , you would make darn sure that it would NOT be a check going to an out of state Ad agency and an out of state Network, getting fleeting advertising images on a conservatibe network.

Your budget would be wise and well-reasoned.

Your first thought would be:  What can benefit WE THE PEOPLE, all the people in South Dakota?  Not just one industry.

Step 1.  Elect Libertarians across the State in 2020.

Step 2. Elect a Libertarian Governor in 2022,

And above all, remember, we OWN the government!  WE THE PEOPLE give all our powers to create this Government.  We should always EXPECT the best.  Economic development is not just luring some big companies who may or may not like Governor Noem's style.

True economic development is Bottom Up (not Top Down)-- where average people like us, build businesses employing 5 to 10 to 100 people plus!

That's where the brilliance is!
