3 Things We Can Do-- Brief Platform -- I will help these get passed

 1.  Eliminate the State sales tax on all food, drink and clothing purchases.  Do this is January 2021.


2.  Encourage creating high tech jobs!

The exciting thing about high tech, internet and web-based businesses is that it doesn't matter whether you start one in Mitchell or Kadoka, you can basically serve a local, statewide, national or international customers!

I am proposing having 2 employees, probably in the Secretary of State Office,  promoting the creating and registering of SOCIAL BUSINESSES.

A Social Business, according to Muhammad Yunnus,  an economics Professor who lives in Bangladesh, is a nonloss, nondividend company that reinvests all its profits back into expanding the business and creating more well paying jobs!  Investors do not make money on a social business.  They receive no dividends and are only paid back the amount they put into the social business.  A Social Business focuses on solving problems and generating more, better paying jobs as it profits from its daily operations.  They are profit making businesses, but profits never go back to individuals, but for expanding the business and increasing jobs and wages and having great working conditions.

3.  Corona Virus Action Plan!

A Bill in the Legislature to set up Lean Team of 3 (1 Republican, 1 Democrat, 1 Independent or Libertarian) to get 3 things to happen:

1.  Free Covid 19 testing for everyone in South Dakota.
2.  Free masks for everyone in South Dakota.
3,  Free quarantine rooms donated by hotels, motels and air bnb businesses.
